Performance & Development Review – PDR

PDR meeting

Purpose:

The final evaluation of our employees’ performance during the course of the year, and the planning of performance for the upcoming year.

When:

Every year during the period from November to January. Each discussion lasts approximately two hours.

Who:

This meeting is a discussion between an employee and his/her direct supervisor.

Why is PDR important?

In order to ensure fast and sustainable growth of our company, each of us has to deliver high level results corresponding to the company’s objectives in the long run. PDR enables us to continuously increase performance due to the correct alignment of performance, regular coaching and targeted development.
