Satisfaction Survey – People Survey

The Survey is realized by the whole Danone group. It evaluates motivation and satisfaction of employees in order to go the extra mile to permanently deliver the best quality results.

It takes into account factors that will encourage us towards involvement, satisfaction and interest and those which do not motivate us.

With application of this information, we can then jointly compile action plans that will lead to the increase of satisfaction and interest level, and in principle increase the level of performance.
