Our company strives for our actions to be clear and honest.

Our system of reporting unethical or illegal actions at work is intended for Numico employees who want to report unethical or illegal actions which could seriously damage our reputation, our customers, or the results of our work. The reporting is done by calling a local reporting system line and it is completely anonymous.

Serious offences or breaches of trust do not happen very often in a company with good management. Every reported offence is rigorously investigated and punished where necessary. We also try to prevent misuse of the reporting system lines and not waste time on unjustified or unreasonable complaints.
