Employee benefits are rewards for your work effort which are provided by the employer in addition to your regular salary. Requirements placed on our employees are high and therefore we provide them with an above-standard system of employee benefits. We believe that the benefits mentioned below will help us to attract and maintain the best employees.

The benefits can be divided into several basic groups:

HEALTH

This is something that should be priority number one for each of us. Healthy employee = Healthy company. In order to obtain the lowest possible sickness rate from employees, the companies offers more and more options of health benefits that are becoming increasingly popular among employees. A few examples are massages, vaccinations against flu, encephalitis and hepatitis A & B and also vitamin packages.

CULTURE

Company events for company employees. A Family Day for the whole family in summer and Christmas party in winter.

DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION

Benefits of this group are particularly crucial for those who are aware of the need to maintain competitiveness in the labour market. We provide a system of development and education plans that will benefit the performance of your job and will also increase your value in the labour market. This is achieved through integration into HI-PO university (the company’s internal university), participation in training, seminars and language courses.

BACKGROUND

Above standard working tools and equipment make work easier (notebook, mobile phone – necessary equipment for middle management in most companies in the Czech Republic).

OTHERS

In cooperation with CHARTIS insurance company we offer our employees free of charge travel insurance for their trips abroad.

Employees insurance. If an employee is injured whilst performing his/her job the employer can claim for damages on their behalf.
