Education and Development

Qualified employees are the wealth of Nutricia Deva. We pay great attention to their education and development. We regularly identify the training needs of our employees and compile a company training plan which includes field development courses, field excellence courses, language and IT skills courses.

In 2005 our company received an education grant from the ESF ‘Operation program for Human Resources Development’.

In 2009 our company received another grant from the ESF “Education and development for the increasing adaptability of Nutricia Deva employees”. Thanks to this EU grant we can educate our employees until the end of 2011.
